Farel conducts product development (PD) and research & development (R&D) studies within its R&D facilities.

Farel conducts FEM and mould flow analyses for the products developed. It also conducts FMEA and VSM analyses for testing the manufacturability of mechanical designs before proceeding to the production and for the resolution of possible post-production problems.

Advancing technologies and improvements are followed closely so that innovative ideas and production methods are used to build competitive capacity of our customers.

Problems detected by the analyses are presented to the customer together with their solutions.

Durable plastic injection moulds, which will produce the final output, is designed and put into use.
